Agency Index connects users with digital marketing agencies, provides information, and offers a directory of agencies (“Services”).

2. Access and User Interaction

  • The Site is publicly accessible; no account creation is required.
  • Agencies may request to be listed on the Site. However, all submissions are subject to approval and verification by our administrators, who reserve the right to accept or reject listings at their discretion.

3. Content Ownership

  • The content on the Site, including agency information, is sourced from publicly available materials or submissions by agencies.
  • Some materials, including images and logos, are copyrighted and remain the property of their respective owners or third parties.
  • Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written permission from Agency Index or the relevant rights holder.

4. Agency Listings

  • Listings are added to the Site manually by our administrators following a vetting process.
  • Inclusion in the directory is at our discretion and does not imply endorsement of the agency or its services.
  • There are currently no paid listing or subscription features; however, these may be introduced in the future.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

a. Accuracy of Information

  • Agency Index strives to ensure that all information on the Site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
  • Users are advised to verify all information directly with the respective agency before entering into any agreements.

b. Outcomes of Interactions

  • Agency Index acts solely as a directory and does not mediate, endorse, or take responsibility for any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users and agencies.
  • Users acknowledge that any engagements or transactions are conducted at their own risk.

6. Prohibited Actions

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities through the Site.

  • Spam agencies or misuse the Site for unsolicited communications.
